Company statement
The company Limis, s.r.o., operator of the barefootky.sk online store, declares that it always handles personal data in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive no. 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
What personal data do we request and collect from you and why do we need this data?
- in order to process your order correctly and inform you about its progress, we need to know: the name of the orderer (or company name, ID number and contact person), address (invoicing and delivery), telephone and e-mail contact, IP address. This data is stored on the servers of All4net s.r.o., which is the Atomer service provider.
- according to delivery you have chosen, these data are further provided to the following transport companies:
* Slovenská pošta a.s.
* GLS General Logicstics Systems Slovakia s.r.o.
* Packeta Slovakia s.r.o.
- in the case of payment by card/instant payment via the GoPay payment gateway, your personal data from the order is provided to GOPAY s.r.o. for the purpose of processing online payments.
- for the purpose of accounting processing, your personal data from the order is provided to Lerra s.r.o.
- if required by law, personal data is provided in accordance with the law to the control authority and the police.
- if you are a registered customer with us, you are automatically included in the loyalty program. Since loyalty points are calculated based on completed orders, we do not delete your order history. Registration is not a condition for purchasing in the e-shop.
- during registration you have the option to subscribe to the Newsletter. Subscription to the Newsletter is an optional option and is not a condition for registration or purchase in the e-shop. To subscribe to the Newsletter, you need to click the box. Currently, we do not send newsletters to customers.
Can I change or delete this data?
If you log in to the barefootky.sk e-shop, you have the opportunity to find out what personal data we record about you, you can edit or delete this data. Please note that invoicing data cannot be deleted or changed retroactively for accounting reasons.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter or by sending an email to info@barefootky.sk.
If you want to completely cancel your registration, delete your order history or make other changes, just send an e-mail to info@barefootky.sk
According to the law, the customer as a data subject has the right to information and access to his personal data, the right to their correction, the right to portability and also the right to deletion, the right to object or limit processing and the right to contact the supervisory body for personal data protection at any time.
